How we benchmark quality, and what happens if we get it wrong

A short explanation of what we check before a product is listed, and the policies that apply once you've bought it.

Quality benchmarks

Four checks, before anything goes on a shelf

Material grade

Leather is checked for full-grain consistency, plating is measured for micron thickness, and acetate is tested for color-through rather than surface coating.

Hardware durability

Clasps, buckles and hinges go through repeated open-close cycles before a product is approved for listing.

Construction review

Stitching, seams and edge-finishing are reviewed by hand, since these are the first places wear shows up.

Fit & comfort pass

Eyewear and jewelry are worn-tested across a range of face and wrist sizes before specs are finalized.

Serialized SKUs

Every product carries a unique SKU tied to its production batch, so specifications can always be traced back.

Listings state real material names — no vague terms like "vegan leather blend" without specifying what that means.

No counterfeit designs

Every silhouette on this site is original — we don't reproduce protected designs from other houses.

Policies

Shipping expand_more

Orders ship within 2–4 business days. Standard shipping is a flat $8.50, and orders over $150 ship free. Delivery windows vary by region.

Returns & exchanges expand_more

Unworn items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Earrings and pierced jewelry are final sale for hygiene reasons.

Care & warranty expand_more

Leather goods carry a one-year hardware warranty against clasp, buckle or hinge failure under normal use. Follow the care instructions listed on each product page to keep that warranty valid.

Privacy expand_more

This is a demonstration storefront. No real orders, payments or customer accounts are processed or stored anywhere on this site.

The studio

Checked in the room before it ever goes live

Each piece is photographed, measured and written up in the same studio. If a hardware cycle fails or a grain doesn't match the spec sheet, it doesn't get a product page.

That is why every listing names its materials, care notes and SKU — so you can judge the piece the same way we did.
